First time bringing in my 18 year old Toyota here and it needed some work. We were impressed by the communication, upfront and reasonable pricing, and honesty. Car runs great and we will be bringing our other vehicles here!
the only place i take my car! when it broke down in Durham, I paid to get it towed all the way to Youngsville just so that these guys would be the ones taking care of it. Patrick is amazing!!

It’s a small thing, but I think it’s the difference between an honorable/trustworthy company versus one that, well, I guess is in the middle of the road or one that isn’t. I bought a car from them, but one issue it had was that the keyhole didn’t do anything. I could twist it both ways, but it wouldn’t do anything. I brought it in after about 6 months because I finally got around to doing something about it, and the problem was that the lock was disconnected to the actuator. They assumed responsibility for the mistake over the call without me prompting it. I wasn’t sure if I needed to pay or not, but when I went to pick up my car, the front desk guy didn’t even discuss payment, he just gave me my key and receipt and I was on my way. I confirmed it was free when I looked at the receipt. Great service.

My wife got a nail in her tire, causing a slow leak. Affordable Car Care was able to squeeze her in to their full schedule on a Friday afternoon. They were able to plug the tire and have us on our way shortly afterwards. Thank you Patrick and the rest of the crew!

Affordable has been working on the vehicles of my home and business for 8 years. I don't shop around for other prices because I trust their work and their input is valuable to me. They have a great team and I've noticed that they retain excellent professional mechanics and service reps.
They have replaced the engine in my truck which was great my family has purchased a car from them and it’s wonderful but yesterday when I went and asked for a quote on replacing a part on a cheap car I bought i was met with a laughing, joking guy I guess? Was basically making fun of the car “at least it still runs” it has a dent and scratch on the door…. Needless to say I wasn’t a fan of his commentary and will not be having the repair done here.

First on the car suspension work just done I rate a 5. Very happy with that, the new ride is exc. . While when scheduling I told Mr P that the passenger side Mirror needed attention because it would fold in when the car shut down. This requires me to adjust that mirror every time I use the car. That is not good. Mr P said he had locked in but that is not the case. Number 2 is when driving and listening to the radio a green symbol comes up when coming up. IE-Road 98 , Road -1 in WakeForest, etc. I can eliminate that by reaching down to the left side below the steering column to and pushing HUD Info. That is nuts that I have to do that. Please let me know what can be done for the electronics on the car.
After learning about Affordable Car Care, I have stuck with this group, and referred others to them. They are honest, work with integrity, and truly care. I recently had an inspection-- they were efficient and kind, and not suggestive of things I didn't need. Often other places will say "you pass" but these are near needing... and try to sell something else. My mom took her car recently and it ended up needing a lot of work, but they took her out and showed her the exact issues (legit for sure) and were there for her with a temp car, kept in contact with timelines and were incredibly kind along the way.
They are a great car repair company. They have worked on all of our Toyotas for at least six years, handling maintenance and minor repairs. They do their best to serve and be honest with the customer. When mistakes are made—which is rare—they make it right. They are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
